Hello there! I'm Rubellus, Spanish artist based in Malta. I mostly work as character designer and illustrator, but also like another fields like storytelling and concept art. Fees and extras

- All the prices displayed before, are base prices. That means for only one character of the options above.- Extra characters will have a 100% increasing each from the original price.- For original characters: if you haven't any reference of them and I have to visually build them from scrap, I'll requeest a fee of 40% of the base price in concept of "character constructon". That means I will take a couple of days working with you the concept art and construction sketches of the character, before doing the actual work.- If the character has complex decorations and accesories, depending of the difficulty, I can apply an extra between 30-100% of the original price for each complex character.- For nudes I will increase a 30% of the price for each nude character.- For furry (anthro) characters will have a 30-50% of extra, depending of the difficulty, each character.- For mechas I will put a 100%-200% of charge, depending of the difficulty. In case of mechanical prosthesis or accesories, it will be count on the "complex decorations and accesories" section instead here.- For frames I will apply a surcharge of 50%.- For backgorunds I will put between a 70-100% of extra charge, depending of the difficulty.- For deadlines I will take between a 20-200% of increase, depending if the finish date is far o near.- Last point but not less important: == These fees and prices are ONLY for private commissions.== If you want to develop a project, private or for a company, you need to speak with me vea email or social media direct message, and we can talk about pricing for them depending of the kind of work.

- Original Characters
- Any kind of ships (LGBT+ are also valid)
- Soft gore (blood, harms, bruises, scars, severed bodies, not especially explicit)
- Soft erotic or sex scenes (without showing genitalia, BDSM gear is allowed)I don't do:
- Copies or tracing of an existent artwork
- Hard gore (organs and entrails, basically)
- Explicit erotic or sex scenes, or without consent
- Zoophilia
- Pedophilia
- Hateful content in generalHow to commission me:- First, you need to contact me. You can do it using any of the buttons that are at the bottom of the website. In order, they are: Bluesky, Discord, Email, Commission Form.- When we talk and you show me some references, I will do a budget according of what you want and the extras fees I have right below basic prices on commission page (like extra characters, difficult accessories, deadlines, etc.).- I have the right to reject a commission.- These fees and prices are ONLY for private commissions. If you want to develop a project, private or for a company, you need to speak with me via email or social media direct message, and we can talk about pricing for them depending of the kind of work.- The payment must be beforehand, in euros (€) and via PayPal.- You'll be added to the queue once I receive the payment.- If the price of your commission is over 250,00€, I can allow you to fraccionate the payment in two. The first one will be beforehand, and the second one when we accord. Works which cost less than 250,00€ won't be fraccionated- The queue order is designed by the payment date, if we have negotiated a commission but the payment isn't done yet, you won't be added to the queue.- If you paid a deadline fee, you will have priority on the queue, but take in mind that I will always finish the current work I'm doing, and then, begin with yours.- If you want to cancel a commission, you must do it before begining the lineart step. In that case, if the work hasn't begun yet, you can have a 100% of refund. If the work is on early phases (sketch/concept) you will be refund only a 50% of the price because of the work done until then. Also, works which are more advanced than sketch step cannot be cancelled. Take it in mind before request any commission.- I do not allow, even commission owners, to make profit of my art.- The rights that commissioned art owners have over them are digital and physical domestic reproduction of them that does not involve commercial use. Customers can use my art to post on their social media, they can print them to make posters, t-shirts, mugs or over other surfaces, but absolutely they are not allowed to sell the final result of them or reproduce them massively.- I also forbid to make NFTs based on my art. This is valid for commissions, prints and random art I post on social media. Also applicable for images which are showing my art.- I forbid to use my art to train Generative AIs or some other kind of technology that uses my work as data source for generate images without my consent. This is valid for commissions, prints and random art I post on social media. Also applicable for images which are showing my art.- In the same line, I compromise to use the commissioned art only for promotional purposes. I won't resell the art to other people, or print them to make more profit of them, or make NFTs based on them, unless I have explicit permmission from the owners.
